Good in a Bag ships across India and to most countries. Rasam sachets and podi are dry, sealed, packaged foods.

When we dispatch

We roast and pack in small batches. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of payment (or of confirmation, for orders paid after a WhatsApp chat). Larger or custom orders may take longer; we will tell you before you pay.

How long delivery takes

• Bengaluru: usually 1 to 3 days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
• International: usually 7 to 15 working days after dispatch, depending on the country and customs.

Shipping charges

Charges depend on the destination and the packed weight of your order, and are always shown at checkout before you pay. Some areas get free shipping above an order value shown on the site. Pickup from our kitchen in Bengaluru, where offered, is free.

Tracking

Once your order ships we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or email.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and customs fees, where charged by the destination country, are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices. Please check that your country allows dry, packaged spice blends. If a parcel is refused, returned or destroyed by customs, we cannot refund the shipping charge.

Address problems

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we can resend it for the cost of shipping.
