These terms apply when you browse goodinabag.com or buy from us. The site is run by Good in a Bag, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

We make rasam sachets and rasam podi in small batches from roasted, hand-pounded ingredients, with no preservatives or colours. Because the ingredients are natural, colour, aroma and heat can vary a little between batches. Each product lists its ingredients and allergen information; please read it before buying. Nutrition figures are approximate.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. For visitors outside India, prices are shown in an approximate local currency for convenience; payment is collected in Indian rupees, and your bank's exchange rate applies. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment succeeds, or once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, the price was shown wrongly, or we cannot deliver to the address given.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to break it, or copy our illustrations, text or brand without permission. All content and the Good in a Bag name and logo belong to us.

Liability

We take care in making and packing every order. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most things can be sorted out with a message.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
